Voltage surge after power outage

Last week's power outage seems to have messed with my Titanium 200. When I try to MIG weld, the voltage spikes way up as soon as I pull the trigger. Oddly, the stick mode is still working fine. Thoughts?

My Titanium 200 had problems in MIG mode too. The power surge messed up the part that controls voltage. Stick mode still worked fine, just like yours.

I think you should check the ground wires first. If you haven't done a factory reset yet, try that too. If it still doesn't work, you might want to open it up and see if any of the small parts (like capacitors) are burned or broken.

Agree with the factory reset. If your device has a factory reset option, give it a try. Power issues can sometimes mess with the settings.
