Anyone here owned both the Everlast powermts 211si multi-process welder and the Fabricator 211i? I need reviews so bad, pros and cons please if possible.

Assuming you mean the ESAB Fabricator the main technical split is the Everlast's AC TIG for aluminum capability. The Everlast has a more digital interface with pulse TIG while the ESAB is a more straightforward DC-only machine. Is welding aluminum a critical need for your projects?

Same question with @_g33km3ist3r here. If you're planning to mess with aluminum, the Everlast gives you way more to work with. The ESAB is easier to navigate for beginners, but it skips out on features you might want later. Sooo... I guess better hard-study the Everlast first. You'll reap the fruit later.

Most people overhype the Everlast 211si because it's cheaper, but the build quality and arc stability on the Fabricator 211i blows it out of the water. If you value long-term reliability over flashy features, skip the Everlast altogether

Thanks for the info! Welding aluminum isnt a must right now, but it might come up down the line. For mostly steel and occasional stainless, do you think the Everlast's extra features are worth it, or would the simpler ESAB be a better fit??
