Welder for sheet metal

I already own the Stick Welder (SMAW) for thick metal, but now i want to make my garage ceiling with sheet metal and i know that i need a different welder for that job. Any recommendations on what type or model to look for would be much appreciated

MIG welder would be best for thin sheet metal, like the lincoln electric MIG 140 or hobart handler 140. They offer control and clean welds.

Agreed with @careerMan#01 just wanna add Eastwood MIG 135 if you want a budget-friendly option.
