Thinking about a Campbell Hausfeld welder

I'm looking to get a Campbell Hausfeld MIG Flux 80 welder, the WG2020 model. I know there’s a newer model out now, but both descriptions say they have a factory-installed gas liner and valve and don't need any extra parts for MIG welding.

I know I'll have to buy a gas tank but what about the regulator and the tubing? Are those included with the welder or do I need to buy those separately and what's your experience with this type of welder and what other parts do you recommend for getting started with MIG? Thank for anyone who can help!

nope, the regulator and tubing aren't included with that model. the factory installed gas liner and valve just means the welder itself is capable of running with gas, so you don't need to do any internal conversions.
You'll need to buy a separate regulator/hose kit, a bottle of shielding gas (like C25), and a spool of solid wire to actually do MIG welding.
 
WG2020 has the gas liner and valve built in, so you just need a gas cylinder, now check if your package includes the regulator and hose. Get the right wire, a few contact tips, and safety gear, then practice on scrap before starting real projects
 
WG2020 has a gas valve and liner, but you’ll need to buy the regulator and hose separately, two stage regulator, a standard MIG hose, and a C25 gas cylinder
 
Yh I agree most with @StillAlive and make sure you get a regulator with a flowmeter, not just a pressure gauge. MIG needs consistent flow rate, not just pressure. welding supply shops may have combo units that aren't too expensive
