my SIP plasma 46 is not cutting. I bought the used one, it was normal for around a month. I've changed the tips, got good air pressure, cleaned it, still not cutting,
it's sparking at the tip, but not strong enough. tell me what I should check next and how to fix this

Verify you're getting the right amperage for the material thickness, could be power supply issue or loose cable connections

a weak arc that just sparkles usually points to bad air flow (yeah, even with pressure). Check the internal air filter and look for signs of moisture. If the air is good, the main power board or a diode is likely failing

I think you should check the electrode itself, not just the tip becoz it wears out faster than people expect and if it's got a crater in the center or looks mushroomed, it's done, you could replace the electrode and nozzle as a set

What's your ground situation look like and what thickness material are you trying to cut?

Good advice already posted here. On those SIP units, a weak arc usually points to air quality or a tired electrode, even if the pressure looks fine at the regulator. What thickness are you trying to cut, and is the ground clamp clean and tight on bare metal?
