Just picked up a Millermatic 200, around 1988, and I'm trying to get it running. It powers up fine (contactor clunks, gas solenoid clicks), but the wire feed motor won't move at all. I jumpered the gun connector to rule that out, but no luck.
The confusing part is the manuals I've found don't match my setup. The '87 manual shows the older 4-wire motor, the '89 shows the 2-wire motor with a 14-pin connector. Mine has the newer 2-wire drive motor but still has the old 4-pin spoolmatic connector. The schematic in the machine (B-114266) isn't in either manual.
I've got an SKP-35 Spot Stitch panel in there too, and I'm thinking about bypassing it to see if the motor runs. Before I go too far, I'd really like to track down the right manual or schematic for this version. Anyone sitting on docs for the "in-between" Millermatic 200s?
