Looking for a budget plasma cutter

I'm on the hunt for a budget-friendly plasma cutter for some light hobby work, just the occasional project in the garage, nothing too intense. I'm really considering a 50-amp model with pilot start, but I'm totally open to other suggestions. Do any of you have recommendations or brands I should steer clear of in the budget-friendly range? I'm not looking to spend a lot, just something dependable that can handle the tasks I need.

Most budget plasma cutters are just overpriced junk with fancy labels, Harbor Freight's units often outperform "brand-name" models in real garage work. People pay for logos, not reliability, if you're smart, you'd skip the big names and go cheap.

50 amp pilot-start model is a good choice but stick with brands that have good reviews and make sure it handles the materials you plan to cut. Most budget options will be fine for occasional garage projects

I am Looking for a new spot welder for auto body panels....namely mustangs, of course. Any suggestions on best and cleanest welding units?
